Since COVID-19 precautions have been begun, many schools have decided to take their classrooms online. Students are required to learn from home and hand in assignments digitally. This transition can be difficult, leaving you and other parents to deal with questions like “Mom, Dad, I don’t understand this question”.
Parents aren’t teachers and nobody expects them to know how to explain algebraic equations or grammar as well as an experienced person in the field would.
That’s why we’ve created new products tailored to these difficult times to help you

This one isn’t new, but we’d like to let you know that our tutors are all available for online tutoring. Human connection can be difficult to achieve if the teacher is speaking to dozens of face cameras at the same time. One-on-one sessions give students the space to have two-way conversations and engage with the topic and curriculum at hand.
Sessions can be booked through the application, just like they normally would.
The only difference is that instead of selecting your neighborhood as the location, you need to click online -> one-on-one session. Once the tutor accepts your request, they will send you the link to enter the classroom in which only they and the student will be present. Just like offline tutoring, everything will be adapted to your child’s pace and in their style of learning.

Sometimes the student understands everything perfectly, however one question is complicated (it’s usually the last question). They require assistance which they could have gotten by raising their hand in the classroom.
Since getting instant explanations might be difficult during these times, we’re offering a service in which students can send their question in a Whatsapp group where one of our best tutors will be present. Once sent, the tutor will respond with a thorough explanation.
