Orcas users can request permanent data deletion through the app or through requesting data deletion through a link. Personal data will be deleted upon request.

For IOS device users - Using the app:

 

  1.  Open the Orcas app.

  2.  Navigate to Account and click on "I want to delete my account". 

 

For IOS device users - Using the link:

  3. Submit your request and our team will proceed with deleting your data.

Deleting the account will result in the permanent loss of all personal data, session history, and payment information and this action can't be undone. A request to delete an account will take effect immediately and is irreversible, please be sure of your decision before deleting your account. 

 

 

How do we protect your information?

 

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

We do not use Malware Scanning.
