A personal Orcas Account Manager will be assigned to your learning experience and help manage sessions and reach your goal
Session Payments
All payments are made online (no cash)
You can either pay using your
credit card or Fawry.
All payments are made in advance to confirm the booking of the tutor
Don't worry, you can refund any extra sessions if you don't need them
If your next session is already scheduled, make sure to cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee

How to use it?
On Mobile
Select the package for which you want to start an online classroom.
Click on “Start Online Classroom”
On Desktop
Head to www.orcas.io and click “Log in”. Select “Login as a tutor” and enter your email and password**. Click “Start an Online Classroom”
**Use the same email and password as your Orcas Partner account. If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the Orcas Partner app.

Find out how your child is performing during the session with personalized reports and messages from your tutor
To guarantee the quality of your experience, you will be notified on the application when the tutor assigns homework for the learner, completes a lesson from the learner’s learning path, or submits a learning style assessment report so that you can track what the tutor did during the tutoring session.
You’ll also be able to track your child's performance, homework, and learning path throughout the tutoring journey to see the improvements and see if the tutor is fulfilling the learners’ needs of tutoring.

Why can’t I pay the tutor directly in cash?
Orcas does not accept cash payments. This is for the safety of both the learner and the tutor. Online payments allow for a transparent experience and make it easy for both parties to track the sessions that have been paid and consumed.
I need a tutor for more than one subject
We can help! Let us know and we’ll find you the tutor you’re looking for.
What if I don’t like the tutor after the session?
No problem, we’ll find you another tutor or you can cancel your package at any time.
How do I pay for the sessions?
Payments are made through the app. Click on LEARNING and select the package you want to pay for. You can then either pay via credit card or Fawry
