About the Role
Orcas is looking for a data driven, results oriented, and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to Join our team. This person will be responsible for the development, iteration and execution of Orcas’ marketing strategies, and for the optimization of Orcas’ marketing funnels and customer journeys.
Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing. Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, or business administration. Fluent in English and Arabic. Good experience in social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Google). Solid expertise in campaigns and channel analysis and reporting. Experience with mobile applications with a strong understanding of events-triggered campaigns. Good knowledge of website analytics (mostly Google Analytics). Data-driven and results-oriented person. Excellent communication skills and a strong problem solver.
Develop a digital media strategy.
Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
Manage and improve SEO.
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established metrics.
End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across paid social channels.
Develop and test initiatives across paid social channels, and learn from outcomes.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize audience strategies.
Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
Make sure all tracking tools are in place.
Activate and retain users through emails, PNs, and SMS.
