About the Role
This person will be responsible for all fundraising and investor relations activities of Orcas, in addition to coordinating all the legal activities in Egypt, KSA, and Pakistan for the company. This person will also support the CEO and executive team with business intelligence through data analysis.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the finance field. Bachelor's Degree in Finance Certificate in IFRs/CFA, CPA or CMA is a plus Preferably has previous startup experience Good communication skills and data analysis.
2. Roles & Responsibilities:
Organize fundraising funnel, coordinate fundraising meetings, prepare investment presentations and financial documents, manage Data room, manage legal communication and activities, and manage due diligence procedures.
Manage preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financials and reports and requirements to investors.
Handle all investor requirements.
Reviewing legal documents and communicating with Orcas’ legal representatives
Coordinate all legal activities in Egypt, USA and Pakistan.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgeting, cash flows, financial models, and financial control documents with CEO
Supports CEO, and executive leadership team on strategic growth initiatives, monthly performance analysis, reporting of key performance metrics and advising on hiring decisions.
Creating CEO data dashboards relying on SQL and Python knowledge
Analyzing data and providing business intelligence to CEO
Assisting C-level executives with business insights through data analysis
